general principles of our work

Dear customers, if you want to work with us, please, first have a look at our Creative Agency working principles. There're actually a few of them, but these principles are essential for us to be able to work with high speed and quality and ensure your competitive advantage in advertising rapidness and productivity.

If you come to our Creative Agency, it means that:

1. You're aware of the indispensable condition of our Agency's work - agreement conclusion and 50% advanced payment.

       a. We do not work 'on one's honor', with payment deferral, on credit, on 'friendly' basis  or on any other disadvantageous conditions.

       b. We do not perform any works free of charge, if it's not mentioned in the agreement.

       c. Such phrases as 'we need it yesterday' and 'we need it urgently' automatically double the service cost in our price list.

       d. For each service delivered by our agency, a separate requirements specification or contract appendix is made up, with timing, technical and financial details of each concrete project. Changing of these details leads to changes in the project work costs.

       e. If you only want to use an agreement made up by your lawyers, we're ready to consider it, though we would still prefer to work with our agreement, allowing you to make changes in it, if necessary.

 2. You've seen the works in our portfolio. You agree to their quality and the cost for necessary services in our price list.

 3. Trust is essential for working with our Agency. If you choose us, it means, you're able to appreciate our professional level and the quality of our works. If you have any doubts about it or believe that your experience in creativity, design, web programming is superior to the expertise of our agency specialists, maybe it's better trying to do it yourself. We do not like being told how to do our favorite job. Because we are a mature team, and we do not need help. This, however, doesn't mean you won't have an opportunity to participate in the project. It just means that everyone is a professional in their own sphere and should be doing what they know to do better.
